Here, at PTC, we have been busy creating a lot of collateral for our customers to guide you through the renewal process (the author of this post included!). However, I felt like just providing documentation wasn’t enough.
This new community space is a complementary resource where PTC customers can not only share experiences and tips and tricks about their renewal and subscription journeys but also ask questions to the PTC Renewals team in regard to managing and renewing their subscriptions and support contracts
– and on top, we would love to get your feedback on what else you need.
Our Renewals reps are always available to answer your questions, but we know how helpful it is to connect directly with your peers! The renewal team will be listening in on this Renewals & Subscriptions board and be ready to assist and receive your feedback on anything else you might need to make your subscription + renewal process easier.
