We recieved training from PTC University, two of our guys went to Edinburgh for training and one of Optima's guys came to us to try myself and another colleague. It lasted a week and was very useful, the instructor knew his stuff, the only down side to it was that one week was not enough and the manuals didn't cover some useful things e.g. cutting threads.
