Mechanica Update Training \ General Updates for WF4 - WF5 & WF5 - Creo 1.0

I'm trying to find \ source infomation around the updates \ enhancements between Pro Engineer Wildfire 4 - Wildfire 5 and the Wildfire 5 to Creo 1.0

From my investigations so fare, there doesnt seem to be a standard update course, does any body have any sort of Infomation to support the updates between the versions outlined above?
