Old School Technique for Symbol Pallete

Guys,

I recall "back in the day" there were ascii characters that could be
manually entered into a text note that would cause symbols from the palette
to be placed in the note. Symbols such as diameter, counterbore, depth, etc.

Does anyone have a master list they are willing to share? Trying to save
time over building this myself.

Thanks for your consideration.

3 REPLIES 3

± = alt + 241
° = alt 248

Are the ones I use the most.

Ø = alt + 0216

µ = alt + 230

· = alt + 0183 (ex. N·m)

I use these frequently.
