There was a splash screen on the site over the past two years cautioning about the permanent shut down today, 30 September 2024.
PTC has retired the PTC University Enterprise (Precision) Learning Management System and the legacy eLearning content hosted in the system. Education standards and Web technologies are constantly evolving, and the PTC University Enterprise (Precision) Learning Management System was no longer able to offer customers the best training experience or deliver content authored using the latest tools and standards. PTC’s current eLearning content is hosted in Learning Connector, which is a modern SaaS platform that uses the latest Web and education technologies. As a PTC customer, tutorials and playlists are provided as a free entitlement and customers only need to create a PTC eSupport Account of any type (Customer, Partner, Basic or Education) to gain access to the Tutorials and Playlists hosted on Learning Connector.
I recommend going through the following playlists to learn Creo Parametric:
PTC Learning Connector Creo Parametric Playlists
It would be good to update the KB articles currently pointing to PrecisionLMS and PTC University and instead point them to the Learning Connecter. For example: https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS226901
I appreciate the heads-up, Tom!
I will check in on my request for KB article updates and hopefully we can get those taken care of soon.
