Pro/Manucturing Book

Can anybody recommend a book for Wildfire Pro/Manucturing/NC?
I am looking for a comprehensive manual for Nc.
I have the Pro/Manufacturing tutorial by Paul Funk, but it
is very limited. I can only find an in depth book on design.
