After having gotten away from ProManufacture the past few years .... doing
MasterCam... Milling
It looks like things are going to take a turn for the better and finally get
to go back to ProMan.
While I have been doing modeling in ProE all along.... don't tell them that
I didn't do everything in Mcam 😉
I could some input about any changes made in milling since WF , been on
2001.
I still have the PTC training manual for Fund. Milling I took and have the
r18 book on Pro/Mfg... a real book 🙂
So any tips, sites, etc. would be GREATLY appreciated. Just looking over
some of the material, I have fogotten how awesome it is compared to Mcam.
Sure there is some headaches but overall it just blows them out of the
water.
This will be general part programming work , not so much tool and die. Some
surfacing, maybe some 4th & 5th axis work later on. Needless to say I am one
happy camper
