There is no "Technical Support" link under "Support". In fact, there is no "Technical Support" link ANYWHERE. Just Business, Platform, and Global links. Unless of course, you're on the Forums page, and then it is only Platform and Global. Doesn't "Technical Support" qualify as a "Support" option? It took me at least a minute to figure out that I just clicked on the column header (Support) to get to the Technical Support page. Instead I was looking through all the other options trying to find it. For example, if you pause over "Solutions" the sub-menu lists three options - Industry, SMB, and Process. If you click on Solutions, the page comes up with those three choices. All the other menus work this way. But if you click on Support you get Technical Support, not a page showing Business, Platform, Global. Nowhere on the Home page can you find a link to Technical Support. Go and look at the structure of their site, particularly the way Products/Solutions/Services & Training etc are arranged and how the links work. Then, take a look at what they did with they way the built "Support". It is totally different from the rest of the pull-downs in its structure and that makes it confusing It just reinforces the notion that PTC doesn't really look HARD at what they do. I would complain to the Webmaster, but there is no link to one!
