Hello!

Can anyone of the PTC Windchill Quality Solution Team point me to the place were I can find available trainings incl. schedule, location and maybe even prices?

Looking for FRACS; Predcition, FTA, FMEA, RBD,...

I find this:

but besides "available" is nothing.......

Hi Tobias, 

You are looking in the wrong place 🙂 The list you found only indicates the available content for classes by software version and if the materials have been translated or not. If not, the class can still be run in local language by the local team, only that the slides and manuals may be in English.

That said, you can find all information about PTC University's training classes and education services here: http://ptc.com/education. There is a tile linking to the class schedule and a tile linking to our digital catalogs by country which present the most relevant subset of regular run classes for that region.

However, even if you don't find your specific class on the schedule at a time, it is worth talking to our local training advisors. Often, classes are scheduled on demand or partners are planning some topics and we may be able to seat you.

I would also recommend bookmarking our Education area here in PTC Community - you can always ask training related questions here!

already two to three times within the last weeks, but never got a reply.

The reason you can’t find in the Learning Connector site any training for Windchill Quality Solutions is because it requires an eLearning license for Windchill Quality Solutions.

Unfortunately, under your customer number there are no eLearning licenses available.

*) how to obtain (price, training classes included; content of training classes) this license if required?

Tobias, I found your form submission in the system and I will have someone call you right away! Not sure what went wrong and why you have not heard back, but the wait is over.

The training advisor will give you all info on training classes and pricing.

The other response you had received was on eLearning. This requires a separate license. If you have a product subscription, eLearning is included, but you can obtain this as a standalone license as well. Again, the training advisor can clarify. However, you should also see free tutorials on learningconnector.ptc.com, but you may need to check "include English" in the pulldown menu on the right, as there may not be German tutorials for this topic.
