Legacy Creo Libraries flagged as Malicious by ZScalerGov

Our company cannot download these libraries, as our system is flagging them as malicious.  Is there a POC I can work with to resolve this with ZScaler?

I think I’ve identified the problem with these files.  I downloaded them on my personal device and found that they are written like old school auto executing CD’s using “setup.exe”, and the “autorun.inf”.  I was able to get the ZScalerGov security team to fix/allow these signatures in this case.
