Login problem when viewing articles

When I am not logged in and view an article, there is the "Please Log In to view the full article" link at the bottom. When I click this and log in, (Loginpage URL is https://www.ptc.com/en/support/login?returnurl=https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article?source=subscription&n=CS287459, so it contains the article number) I get a message ""Sorry. Article was not found. Here are some options:". (The URL here is just https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article?source=subscription) I use browser>back to get around this, but obviously the redirection is broken somewhere. Tested with Firefox and Chrome.

I just had this same problem happen and it's fully reproducible.  It looks like the issue is with the redirect after logging in.  The original article is getting stripped from the URL and just left with this:

https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article?source=subscription

If you use the back button in the browser (or re-click the original link), the article will load fine.

Maybe @Heidi can take a look at this...

Hello  @Rocko  and @TomU , thank you for bringing this to my attention. I have been able to reproduce the behaviour and I have logged it with our web team to investigate further. I will update you when I have more information.

@Heidi, could you give an update on this? Two months have passed and I still have the problem. Thanks Roman

It's still occurring for me as well.  Have to hit the back button twice to return to the original article.

The same thing happens to me as well.

Hi all, I have just checked and this issue is still on the radar for our web team. They are currently looking at fixing it next month. I'll post to this thread when I have a further update. Thanks, Heidi
