There's really nothing anyone can do except call a renewal advisor.  No remix calculators.  No co-term calculators. The new page and the PDFs essentially say the same thing - call your advisor (which makes no sense if you're working through a VAR like most other small to medium sized businesses.)

Thanks for your feedback. The page is meant to provide information on processes, timelines, and make it easy for someone who has not yet an established relationship with a renewals person (either at PTC or at their partner), to get in touch. If a person fills out the contact form, they will be routed to the right contact (at PTC or their partner).

For remix and co-term, a conversation with the renewal advisor is necessary, but if you have ideas on how we can provide more information up front, please do share! We have designed this page in a way that we can easily expand the resource library and definitely want to hear about the needs everyone has around a given topic!
