Is anybody else having issues with their account being locked? It seems random for me and sensitive to which link I click on to enter the site. As an example, I clicked on the embedded link inside an email this morning and when logging in it says locked out. But when I went to my favorites shortcut to the support site, it accepted my user name and password. I've already reset my password a couple times and done cache and java clears.
@BillRyan it sounds like there's something amiss here. You should be able to log into the eSupport site or the PTC Community and remain logged in without getting locked out. Please can I request that you use the Web Account Case Logger (https://support.ptc.com/support/feedback/web-account.htm) to get further assistance from the web account team?
