Service Update: Access Issues on PTC.com and PTC eSupport

We’re aware of the current access issues affecting PTC.com and PTC eSupport. Our team is working with our service provider to restore full functionality as quickly as possible.

We’re pleased to confirm that full access to PTC.com and PTC eSupport has been restored. Our vendor has resolved the underlying issue, and all systems are operating normally.

Update 09:55 EST: 

 

  • Vendor Update: A fix has been implemented, and the vendor believes the incident is resolved. They are continuing to monitor for any errors to confirm full service restoration.

  • Current Status: Initial testing on PTC sites shows services have resumed, however, some instability remains, with occasional page refreshes required.
