Something Went Wrong

I'm trying to get to the 11.1 documentation. whenever I try to enter a query in the search, I get a "Something went wrong" error.

@mduffy-2 Our IT team is aware of this issue and they are actively working on getting the service back up and running as soon as possible.

@mdigman I just verified and it's working ok for me. Can you check if a forced refresh of the page (Ctrl+F5) works?

Nope - still getting the same issue. Tried two different browsers as well, to make sure that isn't the problem, and from a third browser on a remote server that I have open. I think PTC has had this issue before; there are multiple web servers for load balancing, and not all of them have issues. I see that there is now a message on the eSupport page saying that there are intermittent issues.

Same problem here. No search possible.

Any help is appreciated.

Support changed my permissions so chrome works again.

 

Firefox works after disabling the "ublock origin" extension for the PTC site.

 

Maybe it might be of interest for someone else.
