Has anyone else noticed that there hasn't been much content in the support update email that last few days?
on 16-September-2016 I reported this problem to PTC Support. They are investigating it...
starting from 19-September-2016 the problem has been resolved. Funny thing is that PTC is sending me email twice, now .
I had two today and yesterday as well. Today the emails were slightly different. One email had a logged case and one email didn't. The funny thing is I didn't see anything on a case that should have been updated yesterday.
Before starting this discussion I looked for the support page but couldn't find it. Can you move this discussion there?
