access to the PTC Licensing Tools is denied

Hello.

Could you tell me why My access is denied?

My access to the PTC Licensing Tools(https://support.ptc.com/apps/licensePortal/auth/ssl/index) is denied.
The upgrade of my account appears to be successful.
Can you investigate why access is denied?

I need to move the HOST ID of the license.
Thank you.

No one in the community can help with access to PTC's licensing website.

You need to contact PTC for that help.

Some PTC groups/people do watch the community, but the license group is not one of them.

I asked customer support for the same content I posted here.

(https://www.ptc.com/en/support/csguide/Contact/Contact_by_Web)

Then, customer support responded that they had granted license management rights to my account.

There was no explanation in particular, but my account settings may have been funny.
