"Sorry, something went wrong." on any Technical Support Search

Hi,

For a while now, I am getting "Sorry, something went wrong. One or more resource files failed to load. Please try your query again." on any Technical Support / Knowledgebase Search I do on https://www.ptc.com/en/support/.

What can I do?

This is still an issue. No search is possible with Firefox 63.0.3.

It seems to work with Chrome.

Any hints/proposals?

The issue persists and now search does not work in Chrome any more.

Any help is appreciated.

Support changed my permissions so chrome works again.

Firefox works after disabling the "ublock origin" extension for the PTC site.

Maybe it might be of interest for someone else.

Definitely the ad blocker (ublock origin in my case, as well).  I added ptc.com to the whitelist and it works.  Thanks!

Hi,

yes i do the same at control panel of ublock in tab white list and add ptc.com. It is working now. Thank you! 😄

Thank you in advance

Please Check if you have an ad blocker running e.g. AdBlockPlus.

In my case it helped to exclude PTC from the ad blocker.

Yes! Thank you, I disable the ad blocker and it is ok now.
