Add the Feedback Widget to Reference Documents

Please add the feedback widget to reference document web pages.  Currently there is no way to easily provide any feedback on reference documents.  This would be helpful.

For example, the document below is supposed to lead to the Windchill 12.0.2.0 CAD Integrations Matrix but instead it leads to the 12.0.1.0 version with forward looking information about 12.0.2.0.  That's not the same as the actual 12.0.2.0 version with the final, official compatibility. (This should definitely be available now that 12.0.2.0 has shipped.)  Without the feedback widget there is no easy way to notify someone about this problem.

Your browser must have cached an older version of the Windchill 12.0.2.0 CAD Integrations Matrix. To view the latest iteration of the document, while the PDF is open, hold down Ctrl+F5. This forces the browser to download the file again. We are adding this note in the document description.

CTRL + F5 worked.  I don't remember looking as this document recently, but maybe I did.

I'm kind of surprised there isn't something in the web server's cache settings telling people's browsers not to use cached pages older than some certain time period. (maybe 24 hours)  I shouldn't have to remember to press CTRL + F5 every time I view a webpage or PDF, just to make sure I'm not missing newer versions.
