Article feedback windows optimisation

The article feedback dialog ("Was this information helpful") should be horizontally extendable in a usable way. Right now it can only be extended vertically - any horizontal extension goes beyond the window border because of the spacing.

Also, there should be feedback when the text has been committed. Right now the window just disappears.

When I've commented/rated the article, I can't comment/rate it again without seeing my previous comments.

Definitely agree with the resizing issue.  If you're not careful you can expand it to the right but not be able to see what you're typing since no scroll bars appear in the browser.

Regarding your last point, I believe the system is configured to not allow you to see the comment box again for that article for 24 hours after rating or commenting.
