For years, I have complained about the PTC.com user interfaces being totally confusing and it looks like they are still not any better. I have interfaced with PTC.com and their various training websites for about 11 years now and have noticed that: 1) once you get to the url you need, PTCU is great, but... 2) finding the exact url you need from PTC.com is nearly impossible. You guys have all these marketing names and wonky urls for seemingly the same thing (e.g. PTCU, LMS, Learning Connector, Learn, etc.). I couldn't even find the login button when recently visiting PTC.com to access my upcoming private training class. Come on guys - the login button for accessing an existing (or creating a new) account is a basic, universally-accepted functionality for any website. The process interface SHOULD BE: 1) go to PTC.com, 2) be presented with a sign in/login button somewhere on the screen right away, among the other options, 3) have ONE, SINGLE training/learning mascot/buzzword (i.e. PTCU) from which anyone can access past, current, future training. Why is this so hard? Stop with the multiple branding names. Call it one thing and have it accessible through the main corporate site. I don't know of any other company that has this problem. If you have to flat out copy SolidWorks UI, just swallow your pride and do it. I will respect you more. REF case number: 15838053
