Similar to the following Idea, PTC customers have reported the need to have a tool on the PTC site that can list all product enhancements that have gone between 2 product versions.
"What's New" documents might exist for new versions, which will list enhancements compared to the previous version, but as it is more and more common to skip version upgrades (due to upgrade cost), it would be beneficial to have a tool that can list all product enhancements that have gone between product version X.X and Y.Y
