Do you know why the basic pizza is called Margherita and why there were only three ingredients, one each of green (basil), white (mozzarella) and red (tomato)?
I remember two incidents with pizza from our European trip in '89. One in the Netherlands and one in Istanbul. Quite different from what we were used to in the States.
