I thought it was funny but in an actual work way!! In my google search, seems like a few companies off AI for GD&T.
I haven't looked in to any of them really and I think we may have GD&T advisor license, maybe...
It was just a thought that popped in to my head when someone was asking me a GD&T question this morning and I was trying to justify removing that specific GD&T...and it turns out, I didn't want to do the stackup with/without the tolerance applied, too lazy! I just said, its such a small difference, why bother with the extra check and to top if all off, the tolerances are so far past any sort of stackup issue, we could likely loosen it all up and save a buck!
All kinds of silly going on in my head this morning. It's always built in really low qty so any real work to reduce cost would never ever be recovered.
Solving non-existent problems, not a good use of time!
