Add user defined "Counters" in DRAWING mode. Eg: for View, Dimension, Paragraph Numbering

Please add the function to create user defined alphanumeric counters in Creo Parametric DRAWINGs.

These counters can be in the form of parameters that can be input into notes and symbols. "&sheet_number" is an existing example of such a parameter in DRAWINGs.

The counters should be assignable to different levels. Eg: drawing, sheet, view, note, etc.

Example 1: if assigned to drawing level, a counter can act as an addition to view names.

For instance: “VIEW 1: TOP”, “VIEW 2: FRONT”, “VIEW 3: SECTION A-A”, etc.

Example 2: if assigned to view level, a counter can, together with the view number counter above, be used for assigning IDs to dimensions requiring inspection, allowing for better tracking in measurement reports.

For instance:

- in view 2: 2.01, 2.02,…

- in view 6: 6.01, 6.02,…

Example 3: If assigned to note level, counters can used for paragraph numbering in lists.

example start>

1.     counter 1, paragraph 1

2.     counter 1, paragraph 2

          i.   counter 2, paragraph 3

          ii.  counter 2, paragraph 4

          iii. counter 2, paragraph 5

3.     counter 1, paragraph 6

<example end

Besides maintaining a running sequence and tracking that there are no duplicates of each counter, counters should cater to times when part of sequences need to be skipped or reserved (eg: reserve and retired dimension numbers).

Furthermore, counters should be editable (manually assigned values allowed as long as there are no duplicates; just like how view names for Section Views are handled).
