Nested groups = Part never fully regenerated?

All,

I've got a model here where the regen indicator light is always yellow.
I can regen this model as many times as I want (without changing
anything), and it always regenerates from the same feature number. The
feature happens to be a pattern of a group of features. There are no
relations in the pattern, so there's no good reason I can see for the
model needing to regenerate from that point.

I have seen other evidence in the past that nested groups in conjunction
with pro/program don't work so well. Do any of you have similar
experiences or ideas you can share?

Thanks,
Tyler

I've had similar things happen. In my case, it was a generic assembly with generic parts and other times generic sub-assemblies in it that never fully regenerated. What struck me as odd, was the fact that each of its components was regenerated and verified properly. For whatever reason, the entire assembly never regenerated properly. There were no relations in my case as well.
