Hi everyone,
Thanks to GWunder, we have a solution!
In sketcher, create a construction circle (make it much larger than the
feature) before creating the feature. The "handle" will fall in the
center of that circle.
This is the way I do it: Create a new sketch / Create vertical and
horizontal centerlines / Create a construction circle centered on the
intersection of the centerlines / Create the sketched feature.
