Shtml accuracy and thickness

Good morning,

I am migrating some sheetmetal parts from R2001 to WF4/5/Creo1 (not sure
where we'll stop... J) and am getting the following "error' messages.

Correct range for Thicken ( id 462 ) is [0.0202 - 1000000.0000] instead of
current [0.0000 - 1000000.0000].

Change the model accuracy or modify thickness value for the feature to avoid
bad geometry creation.

These parts were/are happy in R2001 at default Relative Accuracy of 0.0012,
but are complaining as we migrate. I have changed the accuracy to 0.0002
already which Creo1 seems happy about, but WF4 is still issuing the error.
The baffling aspect to me is, this part has a thickness of 0.035" which is
greater than the minimum in the complaint. Also, what does it mean,
"...instead of current [0.0000 - 1000000.0000]." Where does it get this
"current" thickness?

Thanks in advance,

We had a few older sheetmetal parts that also gave this error when opening in WF5. PTC fixed these
parts and sent them back to us:
See case solution: CS23265

Based on the SPR listed, you have to send the parts to PTC to be
repaired?

Yep. That is what we had to do.
