Hi
Mainly i am into customisation and very new to basic modeling.. I would like to explore skeleton modeling in detail...
Could you please help me with the useful links or tutorial for this?

PTC University has a chapter on skeletons as part of the Advanced Assembly Design course, if you have access.

Here's a short video I made showing one technique for creating a Skeleton. This one uses a Shrinkwrap feature to reference geometry from a higher-level assembly. I hope this helps.
