Someone using creo 2.0 on windows10?

Hi, we using creo 2.0(M250) on a windows 10.

our hardware spec was below that
graphic : NVIDIA QUADRO M4000
RAM : 32 GB
---------------------------

creo was good working on before upgrade a windows 10.
but after upgrade performance is down.

for example,
3D model rotate reaction was very slowly.
3D model ZOOM reaction was very slowly.

we are using compatibility "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings" in creo properties.
and we deinstall graphic card and reinstall recently version.

but creo2.0 still looks down performance.

someone have same issue in windows 10?
just one solution is that upgrade above a creo 3.0 M140 ?

thanks

Warm Regards,
SeonHo Cha

Thanks for your reply.

we'll reinstall graphic card driver

The graphics card driver can no longer be found on the NVIDIA homepage.
could you please send me the graphics card driver?

Hi,

unfortunatelly I can't send you drivers because I do not have them.

If you ask Google ... nvidia quadro 369.09 driver ... you will get following link (I am not sure if it is secure!)

https://drivers.softpedia.com/get/GRAPHICS-BOARD/NVIDIA/NVIDIA-Quadro-Graphics-Driver-36909-for-Windows-10-64-bit.shtml

On https://www.nvidia.com/Download/Find.aspx?lang=en-us&QNF=1 page you can find driver version 369.26 and 369.49. I think you can test them.

Thank you so much for the good information.
But the problem persists.
I'm sorry for telling an unresolved story.

Hi,

try adding following option into config.pro temporarily.

graphics win32_gdi

Martin Hanák

We change config option 'graphics win32_gdi'.

still trouble..

Watch out for this issue when upgrading from Windows 7 to 10.
This symptom is not seen in a Windows 10 clean installation.
I think it was caused by restoring a file backed up on Windows 7.

So I think I should try again after a clean install (Windows 10).

MartinHanak, thanks for the answer.

Hi,

you can try https://support.ptc.com/appserver/auth/it/esd/product.jsp?prodFamily=ENG .

But I'm guessing you don't have active support ... if this is the case then this page is locked.

Refer to this article CS55934.  The answer is NO.  You will need to upgrade to M190 to use Creo 2.0 on Windows 10.
