Standard hole table in Creo

I need some other standard tables than those that are availible. ISO, UNC and UNF.

I have ones seen a costumer that had european pipe threads in the Hole tool.

They had a list like:

ISO

Pipe

UNC

UNF

I want that.

How shall the text file be made?

where most I put it?

suggest to check out these threads, and the links within, perhaps a search on ".hol file"

Creo *.hol file

Re: UNEF thread

as far as where to put them depends on how your system is set up.

I have mine at a central location and point to it so all can use them with a

config.pro option that is available: hole_parameter_file_path <location>  (ie mine is: T:\lib\hole)

by default, it is at c:/program files/ptc/<version>/common files/<build>/text/hole

Yes almost there.

That led me to Document - CS28399 at the PTC homepage.

That gives me almost all info that I need.

The qestion now is how do I edit a .hol file

just open it in your favorite text editor
