Hello Sustainability Community,
We visited 22 locations, discussing sustainability with well over 1000 people, including ~200 manufacturers. We learned a lot from each other about where to focus digital efforts to reduce product footprints. This "PTC Talks" session has a 23-minute recap of the tour, to include PTC product direction (view 1:45 to 25:00). James and I also had a recent discussion with the PLM Green Global Alliance about the tour.
Based on the findings, we propose 3 threads in the table below for our Sustainability community. Feel free to actively or passively participate in any of the 3. The "Cradle to Gate" thread is (re)starting right away with our CAD & PLM R&D teams as we're actively in development. Our PLM + SLM will be engaged on the Cradle to Cradle discussions, and our core sustainability team for the Footprint Reduction.
