Summary: No FLEXlm licenses were detected at the specified location
---Original Post--- I have one user (running Wildfire 2003490, ILINK 3.0, Win XP) that had previously been running successfully. However, they uninstalled Yahoo Messenger, and now ProE nor INTRALINK can find the license server.
From this client I can PING the license server sucessfully, and I can see the license server over the network through My Network Places.
I have uninstalled all PTC products and reinstalled them using the same "ptcsetup -uitrail -nographics wild_setup_install.txt" I used for all other clients (which by the way are functioning properly).
Our IT department has verified that the user has the identical network permissions as another user that has a functioning installation.
As suggested in TPI 113153, I verified that the network card is enabled.
Anybody had the same problem? Any ideas on how to resolve this?
