WF5 without the use of Windchill or Intralink?

We're not looking to upgrade to Windchill and so our current setup
(Intralink 3.4) would allow us to run WF4.

Just wondering if any of you are working with WF5 without the use of
Windchill or Intralink?

Not sure what we're going to do, I'm just curious.

Thanks, and Happy Friday!

We are now using WF5, we have been using Pro-E since about version 3 (I
think), and have never used PDM, either Intralink or Windchill. We have
up to 10 designers / engineers working in small groups on projects and
float between projects as needed.

To do 'what-if' scenarios, we do a pseudo - commonspace / workspace by
backing up assemblies / drawings locally and working out of working
directories.

After changes are approved, we manually move all of the models /
assemblies / drawings back into the public folders.

( a PITA, but not as much as trying to implement and administer PDM... )
