Fasteners Integrity under vibration and shock.

Fasteners Integrity under vibration and shock.

How can I come up with some evaluations of the fasteners load margins under vibration fatigue and shock?

somebody told me to calculated the clamping force and multiply it to damping coeficient. then compare this number to see if it is more than tensilt strength.

I don't know if this is the right way to come up with some margins but if it is then how can I find tensile force on my fastereners in creo results?

should I find the RMS stress on the constraints and multiply it to the area?(P=F/A)

This is The method I used.

I measured the stress dynamically under the clearance holes and made an average.

After that I pretty much followed the same steps as the attached document (page8).
