This is helical milling ejector plate support pillar holes using a trajectory helical cut in wildfire 5 . These holes are 1.625 diameter cut with an Ingersoll hi feed 1.25 diameter end mill. I used a conservative speed and feed for insert life. 2080 rpm and 80 ipm and take around 2 min per hole in a 1.375 thick plate. Sorry for the shaky video it was taken with my IPhone free hand.
