I have a single user that when Creo crashes they are not able to
retrieve their model files from the session prior to the crash. This
function seems to work fine for other users.
Have any of you experienced this? If so, were you able to figure out
what causes the retrieval to fail?
The error they receive is as follows:
Retrieval of model files and environment settings will be incomplete
because the following file could not be found:
wtws://Windchill/Workspace1 /someassembly.asm|2.1
To start Creo Elements/Pro with incomplete retrieval files, click
Ignore.
Or, to stop the retrieval and start Creo Elements/Pro with already
retrieved models, click Cancel.
Any help or advice you can provide is greatly appreciated,
