My maintenance contract is active. I can go on softwares download page and download ProE but I can't access to Ptc knowledge base.
When I try to go on the knowledge base search page, I get this : Our records indicate that your company does not have a current Maintenance agreement. Please contact PTC Customer Care to resolve this issue.
So, I look about informations on my account pages and I've seen this :
Customer Support Information If you are a PTC customer and have an active maintenance agreement with PTC, upgrade to access customer support, including the knowledge base and help desk.: Upgrade Your Access
So, My question is " If I agree to this access upgrade, Will I have to pay something (in addition to maintenance fee) ?" Is this validation new and what is it's aim ?
I've gotten this error a few times recently. I think it is a bug on the updated website.
