I have tried to publish my experience but a pop up box shows which asks me for a username and password. When I use my PTC account username and password it does not work. I have tried changing my password and this still doesn't work. I cannot log into the portal login section either as it says my username or password is incorrect. What can I do?

@JonathonFowler Could you please confirm your Studio login ID ? I will also check internally if your Trial account is active or not.
@JonathonFowler: I checked and it appears
https://mmbgsbuz.studio-trial.thingworx.io/ is registered to you. Also, it seems other instance
https://x7qwgghh.studio-trial.thingworx.io/ is registered to someone else and you might be added as a user.
Just wanted to check if you are able to login to https://studio.vuforia.com/login/ with the same credentials. Do you have any complex characters as there had been issue in past where few characters was not allowed during Authentication by Thingworx.
