Spatial Target Experience Not in Vuforia View library after publish

Hello,

Upon creating a spatial target experience and publishing successfully, the experience does not show up in my Vuforia View Library.

I have 1: associated my experience server with the one i have for Vuforia Studio multiple times via multiple ways (Scanning QR, manual entry, etc.)
2: re published multiple times
3: scanned the QR code for the specific experience (it asked for login credentials when i had it not public, i entered, nothing happened. Also I tried putting to public, to no avail)

I have a non-mainstream android phone, could this be the problem? I have ZTE AXON 7

Thanks,

Peter

Hi @pcpanos89 ,

so far I know to be albe an android device to support spatial target it should be able to supprt the ARCore functionality.

Here is an  list of the devices which supports ARCore

https://developers.google.com/ar/discover/supported-devices#android_play

I also could not find the ZTE in the list

Hello Peter,

I have some questions :

  1. Did you try with another mobile to exclude a problem specific to your device ? I can check it, if you can share your QR code and if the Experience Service is accessible from PTC network.
  2. Is it an Experience Service hosted at PTC Cloud or is it a trial version or an On-Premise Experience Service ?
  3. Did you collect the Vuforia View log file ? Maybe an error is reported there.

More details here about how to collect them :

Best regards,
Samuel
