Unable to download AR experience for offline viewing

I've published an experience from Creo to PTC's public servers, and I can view it successfully with Vuforia View, but the option to download it isn't available.  Is this functionality only available for experiences hosted on your own server?

Hello,

In an Experience made in Vuforia Studio, it is mandatory to allow it previsouly.

More details here :

https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article?n=CS282076

and here :

http://support.ptc.com/help/vuforia/studio/en/#page/Studio_Help_Center%2FConfigInfo.html%23

After that, Experience can be downloaded offline in Vuforia View.

More details here :

In Creo Parametric 5.0, I didn't find a such setting as in Vuforia Studio.

I mean, I have found only one option (not hidden to customer) in config.pro file to manage AR.

More details in help center.

I didn't find a parameter in AR User Interface, in Creo Parametric 5.0.

In this article, it is clearly explained that in Creo Parametric 4.0, Augmented Reality doesn't have all possible settings as in Vuforia Studio :

I believe that this behavior of offline publishing is only available when using Vuforia Studio.

Best regards,

Samuel
