@IceBreak Resetting your PTC account should fix the problem. As Samuel suggested please reach out to PTC Web Account teams.
I have the same issue with my account (it's locked). I asked my colleague (he ia a WAM admin) to reset my account in WAM but it's still locked. I only have an access to WAM but no access to Vuforia Studio. Do you know a properly email of PTC Web Account team who could help me?
