Admin Model Tree Settings - Creo 6.0

We are about to switch from 5.0 to 6.0, during our software validation it was noticed that model tree settings will now be handled by the .ui file in place of the .cfg file.  In the following section of the help center:
Fundamentals > Working with the Model > Model Tree > About the Model Tree Settings

in the section "Resetting the Model Tree Settings" in speaks of "Administrator Model Tree Settings", but I cannot seem to find this in the program, where can these settings be set?

At the end of the day, I want to be able to customize the default model tree settings that all users start with, in past versions we did this with the .cfg file.

Ant thoughts?

It should be whatever model tree settings have been stored to the creo_parametric_admin_customization.ui file.
