Anyone have Netskope in their environment

Hi, we are using netskope and recently came across a situation where all the users using netskope could not connect to license server or rather they could not get a license.  The other users within the company network could get their licenses.  

How were you able to resolve your mentioned issue ?

With a certificate pinned bypass after finding in the logs where it was being blocked.

Hi, we are experiencing this issue as well.

Are you using the ZTNA module? We have multiple users accessing license servers through publishers, but a few are unable to retrieve the license authorization.

Have you received any updates or solutions on this?
