All the time or just when rendering?
What graphics card are you using?
The screen goes black after I press the render window button, but this only happens if I render in natural screen resolution (1440p) if I set the screen resolution to 1080p the image is rendered.
I am using a Quardo K2200
Sorry for bringing up this old Thread but we're currently facing the same Problem on Creo 4.0 M60.
Is this fixed in a newer Version of Creo 4?
We're currently using Nvidia Quadro P4000 with newest Nvidia Drivers.
This error occures on most Machines with Display Resolution higher than full HD 1920x1080
The "newest" Nvidia Drivers --- are they the "newest" (approved PTC) Nvidia Drivers? If you are newer than the newest approved, this may be the issue.
Our Vendor asked us to install the latest Nvidia Driver wich is 431.02. We also have this issue on 411.95 and 418.81. Whats the best source to see wich is the latest driver PTC testet?
You could try this to see if it is a graphics driver issue:
