CREO 3.0 M110 NOT RESPONDING

Hey All!

My Creo Parametric 3.0 M110  is not responding .

System specification

Dell Vostro 3559

Windows- PRO - 64 bit

RAM-12GB

Graphics card - AMD Radeon R5 M315

Processor - i5-6200U

Are you trying to open a .prt or a .asm file or are you trying to open the program, or trying to install?

Thanks for reply. am trying to open a .prt file

if I click on a open icon it takes 30 sec to open a folder in order to locate my .prt file

what is your current working directory ? Is it located on local disk -OR- on network disk ?
