Can you still move a licence when not on maintenance?

I just wondered. I've seen the tool on PTC.com, but it always says "your reseller must do this for you" or something along those lines, so I wondered when the tool worked and what it would say if you weren't maintained.

PTC enables to move license even if customer is not on maintenance.

Our company, COGRAS, is PTC sub-reseller in Czech Republic. I have been doing this operation (license movement) for our customers many times.

So ... you have to contact your PTC reseller and ask him to do license movement for you.
