Cannot use Creo 3.0, Flexnext vendor daemon cannot start and stay "down"

I am using Creo Parametric Release 3.0 and DatecodeM060

Since last week, Creo cannot be used at all,
CREO shows -15 error message and window closed.

I cannot retrieve license server while installing the license
license are latest which provided by PTC on 2022/06/20

In FlexNet admin
it shows vendor DAEMON is down, tried to start it again but it is still down


Here are the errors that I faced
In Creo:
(-15) cannot connect to license server system

in FlexNet:
No such feature or vendor does not exist: ptc_d

uninstall FLEXnet and install it again.
