Clicking User or Machine link from lists takes me to "undefined" page

When I select a machine or user from a list more often than not it doesn't take me to that user/machine's page, instead it lists the user/machine as "undefined" in the page header and also in the url in the address bar.

If I manually paste the the user or machine ID into the address bar after this point:

it takes me to that user or machines page but for some reason clicking the hyperlink almost always takes me to an undefined page. Maybe 1 out of 20 times the link works. I'm using Windows 10 and Chrome browser Version 65.0.3325.146.
