CoCreate (Creo) Elements/Direct Modeling PE - NO VALID LICENSE

Dear,

I created an account and registered on the web page
http://www.ptc.com/offers/tryout/pe3.htm because I would like to try
free software – Creo Elements/Direct Modeling Personal Edition 3.0.

Next I downloaded and install this free software but software didnt running.
When I starting software it is writing error message:
"NO VALID LICENSE for CoCreate Modeling Personal Edition 3.0"

Where is the problem?
My computer configuration:

Graphics: NVidia GeForce FX5200 128MB
CPU: Intel Celeron 2,6 GHz
RAM: 512MB
OS: Windows XP Pro SP3

Thanks all for help...

Has the computer been online when you startet the program ?

The license is being called via internet every 72 hours.

Yes, I still connecting and I was connected to internet.

I was downloading and installing this software yesterday.

Did it work meantime?

still dont working ...

Hi Tomas,

There are two possible reasons when the program stops directly after the splash screen appears:

  1. Firewalls or Viral Scanners prevent the program from starting and connecting to the internet (which is needed to activate the program)
Please check the log files of those tools, if Creo Elements/Direct Modeling PE have been stopped from connecting to the internet.
  2. Creo Elements/Direct Modeling PE 3.0 requires the Microsoft .NET framework 2.0
Make sure this is installed on your PC. You can download it from Microsoft e.g.
    http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/netframework/aa731542.aspx

Regards,

Hans-Georg

Thanks....it was NET Framework 2.0 though I had installated NET Framework 4.0
